What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your rug purchase from Rug Gallery at Concord Mills. If for any reason you are not, you may return your rug within 30 days of purchase from our showroom or 30 days after receiving it home from shipping (online order).

We do not charge a restocking fee; however, please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
